This supplement helps your body:
One Iron and Folic Acid Effervescent Tablet per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Remove the fast-effervescent tablet from the tube. Drop the tablet in a glass of water, and wait till it dissolves.
Stir the liquid with a spoon to mix the contents well, and drink the liquid.
Do not consume the tablet directly.
The common side effects of Iron and Folic Acid Effervescent Tablets include gastrointestinal discomfort such as constipation, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, bloating, or dark stools.
Rarely may cause allergic reactions such as hypersensitivity and rashes.
