- Standard Dose: One tablet of 500 mg/125 mg, three times a day

- Dose is based on body weight: 20–60 mg amoxicillin / 5–15 mg clavulanic acid per kg per day, divided into three doses
- Maximum Daily Dose: 2400 mg amoxicillin / 600 mg clavulanic acid
