Remove, raise fast effervescent tablet from the tube. Drop tablet in glass of water, wait till it dissolve. Stir the liquid with spoon to mix the content well and drink the liquid.
Possibly safe when taken by mouth as per prescribed dose. Some people might have stomach problems after taking collagen. Headache, difficulty sleeping, dizziness, and liver problems have also occurred but these events are uncommon.
Store below 300 C preferably in cool and dry place. Protect from light and moisture.
