One tablet per day for adults or as directed by a healthcare professional.

The common side effects include gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal discomfort, constipation, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, and dyspepsia.
Rarely may cause allergic reactions such as hypersensitivity and rashes.
Do not consume the tablet directly. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
High-dose vitamin C products should be avoided in patients with underlying renal insufficiency.
Store below 30°C, preferably in a cool and dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
