What are the uses of glucosamine?
A natural building block of cartilage and synovial fluid.
Stimulates the production of glycosaminoglycans, proteoglycans, and hyaluronic acid, which help maintain joint cushioning and lubrication.
Supports cartilage repair, improves joint flexibility, and may reduce pain and stiffness in osteoarthritis.
What are the uses of chondroitin sulfate?
A key structural component of cartilage that binds to proteins to form proteoglycans, giving cartilage its elasticity and shock-absorbing properties.
Helps reduce inflammation in arthritic joints.
Promotes the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and proteoglycans while inhibiting enzymes that break down cartilage.
Supports joint resilience and slows cartilage degradation.
What are the uses of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)?
A natural sulfur compound that supports connective tissue health.
Acts as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and blood vessel dilator.
May help reduce joint pain, improve mobility, and support tissue repair.
Offers antioxidant benefits and may aid in eicosanoid metabolism and cardiovascular health.
What are the uses of hyaluronic acid?
Found naturally in joints, especially the knee, where it provides viscoelasticity to synovial fluid.
Enhances joint lubrication, reduces friction, and improves shock absorption.
Supports chondroprotection, anti-inflammatory action, and pain relief.
Promotes the synthesis of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans, essential for cartilage integrity.
Glucosamine with Chondroitin Sulfate Hyaluronic Acid tablets should be taken by oral route only.

Health Monitoring Before and During Use
Blood Sugar: If you have impaired glucose tolerance (such as prediabetes or diabetes), your blood sugar and insulin levels should be checked before starting Lexiconex and regularly while using it.
Cholesterol: If you’re at risk of heart disease, it’s advised to monitor your cholesterol levels since a few users have reported increased cholesterol while taking glucosamine.
Caution for Asthmatic Patients
Some people with asthma may notice worsening symptoms after starting glucosamine. If this happens, stopping the medication typically resolves the issue. If you have asthma, monitor symptoms closely and talk to your doctor if they worsen.
Rare Side Effects
In very rare cases (less than 1 in 10,000), some users have reported swelling or fluid retention. This may be linked to the chondroitin sulfate in Lexiconex, which can cause water to build up in the body.

A pharma CMO is a special kind of an organization, offering contract manufacturing services to pharmaceutical companies for various kinds of drug formulations.
Reduce overall costs and time to market :
Contract manufacturers already have the needed infrastructure and technical staff, so working with a CMO or CDMO can decrease the cost of manufacturing your pharmaceutical products.
Scalability and flexible production capacity :
You can produce what you need when you need it without worrying about excess capacity. Additionally, CMOs understand the importance of quality and compliance, so you don't have to sacrifice safety for scalability.
Save on upgrading and maintaining equipment :
If you have your manufacturing facility, you’ll have to pay to upgrade your equipment as technology advances—which can get expensive. A CMO/CDMO’s only function is to make and distribute products, so part of their core business responsibility is to update their equipment whenever needed and perform maintenance.
Ease supply chain issues :
During the pandemic, there were several instances of supply chain issues, including medicine shortages. CMOs are generally better equipped than startups to handle a supply chain crisis.
Bandwidth to focus on core competencies
When your company resources aren’t directly allocated to manufacturing and distribution, you have more time to focus on other tasks, like marketing your new drug, researching, or working on drug discovery.
We have 7+ manufacturing sites with a minimum of WHO GMP certification and other country-specific approvals like NAFDAC approved, PPK Kenya Approved, TFDA Tanzania Approved, EU-GMP Approved.
