One tablet once a day or as directed by a physician or dietician.
Iron and Vitamin B12 with Folic Acid and Zinc DHA Tablets should be administered whole by oral route, preferably between meals. However, in case of gastric upset, Eco-FolicXT should be taken after meals (lunch or dinner).
